1) Register on the site and log-in.
 
2) Fill out the PTO Membership Form to the left.  If your user record was imported into the system, your address and contact information may already be filled in.  Please make sure it is accurate.
 
3) Click the Submit button under the form to submit the Form.
 
4) Go to the PTO Membership Store and "Add" the PTO Dues item you would like.  Check out and pay.  (note: Online you can only pay by credit card)
 
5) The PTO will notify you that your application & membership dues have been received.
